Day 1: Arrive Cairo
Arrive at Cairo airport and transfer to
our hotel. Meet tour guide for welcome briefing.
Overnight: Cairo Hotel
Day 2: Cairo Tour (B)
After breakfast, we will begin our full
day sightseeing tour of Cairo. First we will visit Giza Plateau,
located in the west bank of Nile, facing Cairo. Cheops, Chepren
and Mycerinus are the three pyramids we will see in this plateau
and their guardian Sphinx, the lion body human head mythical
statue. These pyramids and sphinx are considered as one of the
Seven Wonders of the World that survived till today. Later we
will visit the world famous Egyptian Museum. The museum that
houses the largest Egyptian collection with more than 250.000
antiques extending over the past 5000 years. The famous
Tut-Ankh-Amon collection is one of the most splendid parts of
the museum. Later return to our hotel.

Day 3: Cairo-Alexandria- Cairo (B)
Breakfast at hotel and departure to Wadi
El Natroun, the desert where we will see the coptic monasteries.
It will be a 2 hour drive through Cairo- Alexandria highway. The
most notable among them is the Baramus Monastery , which was
built at the site where Macarius the Great settled in 340 AD and
is still inhabited by monks. Then we will take another 2 hour
drive to reach the coast of Alexandria. We will visit the
Motazah Gardens & Pompay pillar and the Kom Al Shuqafa
Catacombs. The Pompay pillar is 25 meter high and made of
Granite. The pillar was built in honour of King Diocletian in
3rd century and is the only remaining relic of the Separium.
After our tour we will return Cairo, to our hotel.

Day 4: Old Coptic Cairo (B)
After breakfast we will begin our full day
tour in Coptic Cairo. The churches we will visit in this tour
are: St. Mary Zaytoun Church, Abu Serga Church, St. Barbara
Church, Hanging church and the St. Mary Maadi Church. The
hanging church was built on the remains of Roman fortress of
Babylon and it houses about ninety rare icons of Basilican
style. Saint Barbara church got its name from a lady that has
been killed by her father when she had accepted Christianity;
church still retains its wooden door from the 5th century.
Return our hotel for overnight.
Overnight: Cairo
Day 5: Cairo- St. Catherine (B, D)
After breakfast we will start to a long
6-7 hour drive to St. Catherine village, located in the southern
part of the Sinai peninsula. Hotel check in and dinner

Day 6: St. Catherine - Cairo (B)
Today we will wake up very early to visit
the Moses Mountain and St. Catherine Monastery. After 2 hour
climbing we will reach to peak point of Mount Moses to enjoy the
spectacular sunrise. After that we will return to our hotel for
breakfast. When we finish our breakfast we will visit St.
Catherine Monastery that lies in the foothills of Moses
Mountain. The monastery, built in 6th Century, includes a
basilica, chapel, mosque, library and a museum. Moses Well can
still be seen near the monastery. Return to Cairo and check in
to our hotel.
Overnight: Cairo
Day 7: Cairo (B)
Buffet breakfast at our hotel. This is
free day for our leisure. We can book an optional visit to
Memphis & Sakkara. Memphis is the most ancient capital in Egypt
founded by King Mina. Here you can see the colossal statue of
Ramses II. Sakkara, the ancient site in Memphis, has the most
ancient stone buildings in the world as well as the step pyramid
Zoser.
Overnight: Cairo
Day 8: Cairo (B)
Transfer to airport for flight back home.
